As pioneers in the internet industry, both Jennifer and Leanne have established themselves as industry leaders, and are each recipients of the Ottawa Business Journal Top Forty under 40 (2005 and 2006 respectively) which recognizes exceptional business leaders under the age of 40.

Both are regular speakers at industry events, and are frequently asked to present on the topic of web technology at association events and educational institutions, such as The Women's Business Network, Algonquin College and Carleton University. They actively participate in various boards and committees such as (Scoap), (CATA), Women in Technology (WIT), and Ottawa Centre Research and Innovation(OCRI), International Institute of Design and Technology.
